SECOND CONDITIONAL
 Imaginary or improbable
We have 'if'' plus the simple past and then 'would' and the infinitive
IF +Past simple+would +Base from of the verb
So a typical example is ' If I won the lottery, I'd buy a house'
Note: win-won-won
' I would buy a house' , it's improbable
Another example for negative from 'If he didn't smoke, he wouldn't need an operation'
Those are normal examples of the hypothetical situations of the second conditional
Exception: 'To be'
If I were rich and famous, I'd send an airplane for you
If I were you, I'd forget Jack

Chúng ta có 'If'' cộng với thì quá khứ đơn và theo sau là would và động từ nguyên thể
Công thức: IF +Past simple+would +Base from of the verb
Một ví dụ tiêu biểu 'Nếu tôi trúng sổ xố, tôi sẽ mua một ngôi nhà'
Chú ý: Win-won-won
Một ví dụ khác cho dạng giả định phủ định ' Nếu anh ấy không hút thuốc, anh ấy sẽ không cần tiến hành ca mổ''

Trường hợp với 'to be'
Nếu tôi giầu có và nổi tiếng, tôi sẽ gửi 1 chiếc phi cơ cho bạn'
Nếu tôi là bạn tôi sẽ quên Jack
